🔁 Our 6-Step Process

1. Submission of Pre-Qualification Form: Buyers and sellers complete Enerquo’s pre-qualification form and provide relevant business documentation.
2. Verification & Onboarding: Upon receipt, Enerquo conducts due diligence and initiates onboarding (15-day processing window).
3. Document Coordination: We facilitate the exchange of necessary transaction documents: LOI, SCO, NCNDA, IMFPA.
4. Deal Structuring & Facilitation: Enerquo matches the qualified parties and coordinates negotiation and deal terms.
5. Ongoing Transaction Support: We assist with communication, compliance, and documentation until product delivery is confirmed.
6. Contract Renewal (Optional): For successful deals, we support term extensions or new contract structuring.
